1) Kerik v Tacopina Kerik KOs Joe with lawyer Tim Parlatore who makes Joe look like a chubby eunuch. Joe Tacopina's Girlfriend , Richard Calder at The NY Post does not even bother reporting Kerik's secret audio proving Joe is a liar and like A-Fraud has an anathema (for some reason) to testifying under oath!!!! Richard Calder never reported that loud mouth Joe Tacopina very quietly dropped his lawsuit against The NYDN and the 2 sports reporters. (Oh this is an opinion blog my blog posts are satirical... Just reminding Joe Rape-o-pina because he likes to threaten people like threats are his Viagra.)
2) Newsflash Joe Tacopina is not sending his ex best friend business partner and X client Kerik to jail for second time... No déjà vu part two for Joe Crap-o-pina, the profiteer "informant lawyer" oh in my opinion.
I had suggested that Bernie go back to jail if that's what it takes to prove Joe Tacopina was a liar but looks like Bernie found a really good lawyer and he won't be going to jail. Joe belongs behind bars as even a court officer once said to me off the record but apparently Rape-o-pina's victims can only hope that the ethics committee takes action against him. Did Joe Tacopina call me a cunt using 2 YouTube sock puppet accounts and threaten me on behalf of my attacker Dr Andrew Fagelman's violent lying receptionist Delita Hooks -- threatening me telling me if I took any legal action the tables would be turned? Did he do this as an assistant district attorney fixing crime for corrupt cops and doing some fixing like he did fixing it so Bernie went to jail which actually made Joe more money? Does Ken Thompson need to take a look at Joe Tacopina's cases in Brooklyn when Joe was an ADA? I got an anonymous tip expressing concerns that Ken Thompson won't because Joe DONATED money to his campaign.
