Well is Greg Ball a moron?
He may be the last guy in America willing to hire Joe Tacopina in my opinion.
If Greg Ball was a wise person he would seriously be thinking one should I be suing into Joe Tacopina was the last guy you want to hire. Tacopina super toxic not a super lawyer. (In my opinion hardee har har). My blog opinion satire parody... It's hard for Joe to accept the First Amendment still exist. Joe is the smartest guy but he is the biggest loudmouth when it comes to threatening people.

I guess Greg Ball didn't notice the Joe Tacopina made a full of himself and Alex Rodriguez suing major-league baseball and fresh off hat humiliation Joe sued the New York daily news and was forced to drop the lawsuit because he had no case. Does Greg Ball have a case?
If Greg Ball was smart he would not be suing Katz in my opinion oh this is an opinion blog Joe so I don't need to say that. If Greg Ball had brains he wouldn't be hiring Joe Tacopina in my opinion!

"Ball’s lawsuit threat stems from Katz’ announcement last week that he would be seeking re-election this fall. According to Katz’ chief of staff Joseph Ahearn, Katz was asked about a City & State report (and various follow-ups) that cited internal Moreland Commission documents that questioned Ball’s use of $23,000 in campaign funds at clothing and retail stores.
The Moreland Commission, an anti-corruption panel that was investigating state lawmakers, was disbanded by Gov. Andrew Cuomo in March after lawmakers agreed to pass tougher anti-bribery laws among other ethics reforms. Since then, U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara has stepped in to review the commission’s documents.
Tacopina’s letter doesn’t reference exactly what Katz said that Ball found objectionable.News 12 Westchester reported Katz said Ball is “under investigation.”
Ahearn said Katz’ office had not yet received the letter and declined further comment, other than to say Katz was citing public reports.
Ball, on the other hand, has had plenty to say about Katz. According to an audio clip posted by the Yorktown News, Ball last week said you “don’t know when (Katz) is high or when he’s just completely delusional or paranoid because of his evidently constant drug use.”"
Can Steve Katz countersue because Ballwood have to prove that he is evidently constantly using drugs????
Is Ball another client that's going to pay Joe Tacopina a lot of money for case it's going to go nowhere?
Maybe Joe tacky-0 and give Greg ball more tips on how to lose even more friends?
