As a criminal defense attorney for 33 years, Tacopina, in my opinion, is an embarrassment to the legal profession. While i'm sure, acting like an idiot was enjoyed by his client, it certainly can't be sitting well with the judge/arbitrator. Joe, you're not in front of a jury who possibly would be impressed with your antics on behalf of your client, however, you're trying this case in front of an intelligent attorney sitting as the arbitrator who certainly will not be impressed. If anything, Joe probably hurt his client's case with his theatrics.
While another comments that Tacky-O will be a "household name" if he comes through for his clients. Joe how many cases did you win and why won't the Mafia hire you? Because you are called a rat?
