Tacopina supposed to amend his lawsuit against Bernie Kerik so we are waiting for the amendment and than in particular the NYDN lawyers response - Tacopina suing two sports reporters because he says they're not allowed to have an opinion. For some reason Tacopina thinks that only opinion reporters are entitled to the First Amendment and tacky-0 decided they are not opinion reporters and therefore they are not entitled to First Amendment rights!
Joe Tacopina suckered Alex Rodriguez and now it seems like he's suckered himself. Tacopina believes he can get away with this crap?
