Lanny Davis Judd Burstein on Joe Tacopina Bath Water and Owing Bernie Kerik a Devil of an Apology
Lanny Davis and Judd Burstein acted like they drank Joe Tacopina's bath water or Koolaide but than Lanny Davis dropped the case like a hot potato.
Kerik is no saint so I guess most People don't care that Joe Tacopina Alex Rodriquez's loud mouth over priced lawyer (in my opinion hardee har har) sued the NYDN and two sports reporters for having an opinion and quietly dropped the lawsuit NOT one newspaper or media outlet picked up the new story.
The NYDN only reported the news after I called the NYDN news desk, the sport desk and the NYDN lawyer asking if they owed it to their readers and even if it was an ethically issue for them not to be reporting the Joe Tacopina sued his defamation of character lawsuit proving my point he has no character (hardee har har) and that the NYDN taught the over priced lawyer about the US Constitution and the First Amendment.
I asked Lanny Davis via twitter if he is going to apology to Kerik. I didn't get a response.
What about Judd. I guess Judd is having too good a time billing Joe Tacky-0 a lot of money. Joe may get lucky and wiggle out of the lawsuit but he can't win and Bernie Kerik exposed the fact Joe Tacopina lied and in my opinion is what a blog reader labeled him "Informant Lawyer". Allegedly the Feds had proof Joe was enjoying cash that came his way....hardee har har.... I want to know if Perez got any cash hardee har for directed A-Fraud to J-Fraud? Just asking.
