Joe Tacopina getting served a subpoena or two would be fabulous and not being allowed to plead the Fifth.  Want to ask him questions under oath including in front of the new commission investigating NYPD IAB corruption...besides my case I would like ask  Joe if he is any knowledge of the NYPD internal affairs, PBA doing fixing and favors, Brooklyn DA NYPD fixing,  -- if Joe knows which lawyer here in New York City used a fake account on YouTube to call me a confrontative CUNT (is that what Tacopina Crappy Tacky misogynist in my op,  thought when he came and stood by me and I confronted him ??? That's on YouTube as well.) and threatened me if I took any legal action against my attacker an employee of Dr Andrew Fagelman see link of beginning of crime below with 80,000 YouTube views...?   Joe Crappy Tacky any IDEA who the lawyer was that in my opinion is guilty of witness tampering and aggravated harassment?


I don't know about Bernie Kerik , I  want  to ask A-Fraud's lawyer J-Fraud questions under oath, no option to plead the 5th would be fabulous but I guess you won't hear Joe the informant lawyer sing like he sang for the feds?  I guess that's why he's called the informant lawyer -- multi-proffered chats????  It was good for Joe Tacopina ...Joe still benefiting thanks to Fed 's protecting the ethically challenge liar oops lawyer? Joe 's multi- proffered meetings not so good for now ex best friend ex client ex business partner Bernie Kerik. 


Amazing how Joe Crappy is still able to get clients but that's the way it is.

It didn't hurt Steve Ratner to plead the fifth 64 times the New York Times gave him  op ed pieces and even the financial Times, ignorant or amoral TV shows also gave him face time...

FYI: Steve Rattner best friends forever with Mike Bloomberg, the owner of the New York Times, the owner of the New York Daily News, best friend and money manager Steve Rattner raided he New York pensions.  Steve got to pay to play paid, paid to not go to jail...paid to not plead guilty!!!

Is that why Mort Zuckerman won't let me post a comment on the New York daily news and violates my First Amendment rights?  I had to call the New York daily new's lawyer about that and the fact that the New York daily news did not report they beat Joe Tacopina! Also called the sports desk and the news desk asking when you can report the news that you defeated Joe Tacopina and got him to drop this frivolous lawsuit?  Thanks to my tenacity New York daily  news did report the wonderful news like Alex Rodriguez Joe Tacopina had no case dropped his frivolous lawsuit against the New York daily news!!!



I don't think this is going to hurt Alex Rodriguez very much except that he has lost the respect of anybody who really understands right from wrong but lucky for him plenty of people don't care ?
