"...How many clients have to be victimized by Mr. Tacopina before N.Y. State Ethic's officials take a firm stand and remove his law license? It is a well established rule of ethics that an attorney is not permitted to lie or engage in dishonesty , especially over issues involving ethics and investigative tribunals. Let's just say, the N.Y. Dept. Disciplinary Committee should know by know that this is not Mr. Tacopina's first rodeo with their agency despite whatever Lanny Davis made up to deceive the press. ...if this Committee cannot figure out the fairy tales then they should be disbanded as incompetent. 

As for Melanie, the public should urge her lawyers to disclose all of Mr. Tacopina's baggage and the press articles from July of 2007 in which that Tacopina/Turano team were accused, at least by a jail bird informer liar witness he vetted and sought to use for an Appeal, of bribery and influence (specifically  offering legal assistance for the jail bird's case - according to the investigation) to get the witness to say things that were untrue. Thankfully, the NJ State Police closed down that unethical path quickly and Tacopina scampered away with his head held low never to be seen again in HUB city in the McGuire case again. 

Let's hope Bernie gets his day in Court and the devil lawyer finally gets placed under oath for all the pond scum he left behind   - now that is worth the wait! "
