Calder writes like he has a school girl crush on Joe and has yet to report Joe was forced to drop his frivolous lawsuit against the NYDN. I guess The NY Post editors did not think it is important like 911 Tech corruption is not newsworthy?

Below an opinion piece sent to me - I chime in...
That Formal Opinion 487 came directly from the NY State Bar Association and is important for a myriad of reasons. Oddly, I did not expect the perjury allegations today (yesterday). This is what I am talking about....to threaten such charges and more retaliation tactics by the A-Rod lawyer (Joe Crap-o-pina) is disturbing.
Moreover, the lack of notablyprotections from the NY Grievance Committee, is, in my opinion, a government cover-up (It appears the lawyer can do whatever he wants with their blessings) . It appears the government is selecting certain lawyers to work for them as informers and snitches. This case stinks to high heaven. What perjury are they talking about? Bernie paid a price already for his crime, he served time. (Note from Suzannah: Bernie is paying a huge price but he is exposing Joe Rat-0-pina, the Informant Lawyer and now who would hire Joe and trust Joe for even one second seeing how Joe Tacopina is retaliating against a client that in my opinion and clearly many others Joe served as an Informant on. Win, lose or draw...Kerik has won because Joe continues to act like a drunk or junkie so high he doesn't understand his behavior... MLB face time junkie Tacky-0 routine, suing the NYND and now calling up his girlfriend Richard Calder and dictating a hit piece that is the final nail in Joe's legal career. No one with a brain will ever hire Tacopina again should I say in my opinion. Alex Rodriguez is Joe Tacopina's biggest sucker and even A-Fraud is hesitating to pay Joe Crap-o-pina aka Tacky-o, Fecal and Richard Calder Joe's girlfriend at the NY Post and Jonathan Moffly in my opinion a Saturday night loser that threatened me for Joe aka Joe's fecal matter.)
So the A-rod lawyer wants to send Bernie to prison a second time over the same subjects? Isn't that double jeopardy and illegal? I assume Bernie feels double-crossed over the legal advice he received by Joe Tacopina. Is it the policy in New York that clients cannot file complaints or sue their lawyers?? Where is the Oversight?? This is why there is so much corruption in NY and why nothing EVER gets cleaned up. I ask that your Blog also request answers from this very, very, very corrupt N.Y. Disciplinary Committee as to why they are allowing "defamation" lawsuits and "criminal threats" to be filed in retaliation to the public who comes to them for help. If this agency cannot protect the public, their existence is HARMING the public and they should have a big disclaimer - coming to use can get you SUED. This is bull when the police refer you to them for investigations. Bernie's lawsuit will expose the corruption of Mario Cuomo's secret love nest at the Manhattan First Dept Disciplinary Committee run by lawyers from politically connected Simpson Thacher whose notable family members include Manhattan DA Vances" father,who practiced for them. It is all one big happy family of conflicts of interest and when when you stick up for your rights, be prepared to for a gang-like attack upon your civil rights, speech (you'll be sued for "defamation" and have Vance's Manhattan DA stand down on any criminal investigations) and you will find the NY Attorney General paralyzed because they are legally contracted to defend the employees of the notoriously corrupt First Dept Disciplinary Comm. when their are anycomplaints - Welcome to Tammany Hall ! BERNIE, when you talk prison reform, talk about the lack of oversight of the rules and lawyers that take money but who don't always play by the rules....I think you get it now - you can use this as an opinion piece if it helps....
